Letting Service

• An initial visit to your property to advise on likely rental income.
• Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
• Full referencing of tenants.
• Preparation of a full and comprehensive inventory of the contents and condition of the property.
• Thorough inventory checking with ingoing and outgoing tenants.
• Ensuring that the property, including gardens where appropriate, is left clean and tidy at the end of each tenancy.
• Preparation of relevant Tenancy Agreement.
• Collection of deposit to be held by us as Agents for the Landlord, against dilapidation, loss and repairs.

Letting Service with Rent Collection

As the Letting Service plus:

• Arrangement for payment of rent to our bank account by standing order.
• Regular monthly statements and payment of net rental income to the Landlord.
• Arrangement of optional rental guarantee and legal expenses policy through a third party insurer.

Letting Service with Full Management

As the Letting Service with Rent Collection plus:

• Inspection of property at regular intervals.
• Dealing with day to day management.
• Arranging any minor works to be carried out at the Landlord’s expense.
• Arranging any major works i.e, redecoration at the request of the Landlord.
